MISSION
Dramatically improve the interaction between police & the public to:
1. eliminate (ZERO TOLERANCE) police brutality,
2. promote mutual civility between law enforcement and law abiding citizens of the public.
TODAY'S REALITY
Local police and the citizens they serve are juxtaposed against each other due to a lack of “personal” familiarity between each other. This is purposeful and must be challenged.
VISION OF SUCCESS
- Adoption of KYC across all 50 states,
- > 50% reduction in police brutality claims
LACK OF FAMILIARITY BREEDS
police misconduct/brutality, 'them' vs 'us' positioning
stereotyping “above the law” posturing from the police
FEAR DISTRUST LACK OF COOPERATION
CONTEMPT FOR THE POLICE FROM THE PUBLIC
TOMORROW
- Local police treat their citizens with respect
- Citizens show appreciation, earned trust and are able to:
1. identify the bad apples within their local police force and
2. can actively advocate for the removal of those bad apples
